The 1983 Topps Baseball Card Set contains 792 standard size cards, each measuring 2½" by 3½". The 1983 Topps subsets include Record Breakers (1-6), All-Stars (386-407). League Leaders (701-708) and Super Veterans.  The 35 Super Veteran cards are dispersed throughout the set and follow the player's regular card.  The 1983 Topps set features a bumper rookie card class, with three future members of the Hall-of-Fame: #83 Ryne Sandberg,#482 Tony Gwynn and #498 Wade Boggs,.
